If you operate an x402 service anywhere in the world selling into Europe, Fiscal402 can turn settled transactions into durable fiscal records. Free during beta (0 bps). After beta the standard rate is 10 bps (0.1%) of fiscalized volume. High-throughput platforms may use custom contracted rates.
Opens a GitHub issue on the public protocol repository. Do not include API keys, signing keys, or customer VAT IDs.
Include
- Seller legal name and EU member state of establishment.
- Settlement networks you already use (eip155:1, eip155:8453).
- Whether you emit x402 PAYMENT-RESPONSE today.
- Approximate fiscalized volume, if you are asking about custom pricing after beta.
Do not send
- Private keys or X-Fiscal402-Key values.
- Customer VAT IDs or invoices with personal data.
- Requests for tax advice or VAT-return filing.
