What the numbers mean
- Beta: 0 bps promotional override. Fiscal402 is not permanently free.
- Standard after beta: 10 bps (0.1%) of fiscalized volume.
- High-throughput platforms: custom contracted basis-point pricing.
- Collection is commercial policy and accrual, not an x402 exact split.
Fiscal402 currently operates post-settlement. Native x402 exact splits are not supported. Fiscal402 does not deduct fees on-chain and does not sit as payTo. A calculated fee is not a collected fee.
