A FiscalEvent is the durable record of one autonomous economic act after settlement: who paid, who received, what was supplied, where the parties claim to be, and — when a jurisdiction engine can answer — how it was classified.
What it contains, conceptually
- Payment evidence (network, asset, amount, tx, time).
- Commercial parties (legal names and countries — not wallets).
- Supply type (today: electronic / digital services in production).
- Later: a determination, artifacts, and a signed receipt.
What it is not
- A VAT return.
- A payment instruction.
- Proof that a wallet is a legal person.
Representable worldwide. Determined only where a verified ruleset exists. Production determination is EU VAT.
