Artifact binding

Generated artifacts are hashed and stored on the receipt. UBL uses SHA-256 of exact UTF-8 bytes. No XML C14N.

artifacts.ubl_hash_alg is sha256-utf8-bytes. Hash the exact string Fiscal402 emitted. Do not apply XML Canonicalization. Pretty-print or re-serialize and the hash must fail.

Other bindings

artifacts.settlement_id and artifacts.ledger_id identify the processed event. They are references, not additional cryptographic artifacts.
