Fiscal402 is post-settlement fiscal infrastructure. It is not a wallet, facilitator, or tax-filing product.
Good fit
You already settle machine payments (x402 v2 exact today).
You are an autonomous merchant anywhere — a US AI API, UK MCP server, Canadian data provider, or Singapore compute service — selling taxable digital services into Europe.
You need an EU VAT determination, UBL 2.1 invoice, and a signed fiscal402.receipt where verified rules apply.
An agent, ERP, marketplace, or auditor must verify the event later without calling you.
You cannot treat a transaction hash as a fiscal record.
Bad fit
You need Fiscal402 to create HTTP 402, authorize a card, or move funds.
You want a wallet, facilitator, or checkout.
You need Fiscal402 to file VAT returns or remit tax.
You only have a hash, with no seller/buyer/supply context.
