MPP

MPP is supported for evidence profile mpp.settlement/1. It normalizes post-settlement evidence. Authorization-only MPP is not settlement.

Machine payment protocol

MPP is a machine-payment protocol. Fiscal402 normalizes post-settlement evidence into generic PaymentEvidence. The adapter does not classify tax, infer legal identity, or infer jurisdiction.

  • Payment-method-neutral: card, bank, and crypto are not assumed.
  • Not assumed to be EVM, USDC, or six decimals.
  • Authorization-only evidence is never marked settled.

Status: SUPPORTED for evidence profile mpp.settlement/1. Production HTTP ingest on this adapter is POST /settlements (x402 v2 exact). Authorization-only MPP evidence stays experimental and never proves settlement.
