Current capability
Pair USDC/EUR only, quoted at settled_at / event timestamp. Net, VAT and gross EUR amounts on the receipt are decimal strings. rate_percent is a JSON number.
The fiscal core treats amounts as integer base units. The live FX path still requires USDC. Other assets return an unsupported-asset error on that path.
